Nothings
Soo the year is winding down. It is pretty much reached the bottom actually. Still looking for a house, which can be very discouraging. But since when has being homeless been a happy event? I had a job interview today. I think it went well, but we will see. I am very excited, I sent my mom flowers. Crazy intercession class next week, kind of excited about it. Starbucks sucks, but I don't like it when other people think so.

House!
The house that Marquie and I would love to rent! I'm posting pictures because I want my mom to see. There is still some stuff from the person who live in the house last.

One of the bedrooms. Probably Marquie's. Minus the bed.

The front room and part of the dining room.
Lots of cabinet space in the kitchen.
Just a corner in one of the bedrooms. I think this one would be mine.

The Kitchen windows. I love the kitchen. I think it's my favorite room.
A view of the kitchen from the back of the house.
Fireplace in the living room. It's right by the front door.

THe back porch.

View of the front of the house. Yes it is night time. It looks even better in the day. Very English cottage, I think.

What can I get started for you today?
Agh! These words still ring through my ears. Today was the longest day at work I have ever experienced. Many factors play into this, but lets just say, we we're busy. And so was I.
But ahh...now I am back in my room, sitting without pants, still rocking my milk stained polo, and one thought is keeping me from falling asleep angry and dispaired... Tomorrow! Tomorrow! No work, Tomorrow! It's only a day away! It's going to be a good day.
Yesterday, Friday night, my sweetie and I had ourselves a cozy, little, stay in date night deal and we had a grand ol' time. The highlight? Poster making. Yes, as cheesy and awkward as that sounds, we made each other posters. It was a good time.
This is his poster to me:
This one is mine to him. Not sure why I was feeling the austin powers/60's theme.
Yes, I do realize that we are ridiculous and adorable.

Some things
The bathroom sink is on the floor. Marquie slightly leaned on it and it came tumbling down. All the tubes and such are thankfully still together, so it is not wet. I called matienance.. they should be here soon, hopefully. Oh the joys of dorm life.
Went to class this morning. It was very interesting indeed. Social Problems we talked about drugs, the two guys behind me had a few things to add that only I was lucky enough to hear. My professor cracks me up when he is talking about social problems, he gives the impression that he really doesn't feel like some of the so deemed "problems" are all that problematic. He seems like the type who makes his own moonshine and grows his own pot, possibly shoplifts for the rush on occasion. Interesting fellow to say the least.
My next class was Human Behaviors and Social Enviroment, the topic of the day: sexual orentation. This should be fun. Ada, Oklahoma and the surrounding area....not the most progresssive people you've ever met, I took my seat and prepared myself for the backwards, predjudiced comments. Well I guess the professor has taught the course a time or two and knows what's up, so she began class with a disclaimer. Even though she believes that the students in the area need to hear the facts and be educated about the issues of sexual orentation more than anyone else in possibly the entire country, we would not be discussing the issue in great detail and just be getting the basics. I suppose she had a few bad experiences with previous classes, people walking out, disrespecing her, and reporting her to the dean whenever she had addressed this issue in the past. So class continues and we discuss the topic without great detail, and people were visibly uncomfortable and closed off, whispering angerly to their neighbor instead of addresses the class like they normally would. I'll I have to say is REALLY PEOPLE!?! Every person in that class is going into the helping field, their attitudes toward people unlike themselves are going to seriously screw somebody up one day. Especially in setting where things like homosexual orentation are taboo and the movement is for hate, a helping professional should be someone who is comfortable and who they can feel safe with.
The longer I attend school in Ada the more I am sure that I will not be making my adult home here in Oklahoma. People are idiots, I'm sorry. I looked at school I could do a student exchange with last night, I haven't narrowed it down much, and I'm not sure if I will actually do it. We'll see. Maybe I'll wait until grad school, and move someplace else. I'm already excited about that.
Another thing I don't get: Venti cups from Starbucks. People, please, just don't do it. It's not necessary and it's a guarenteed stomach ache. I think Starbucks should stop selling them. Such an outstanding company should not contribute to the gluttonus American lifestyle. We put 2 shots in venti cup, and we put 2 shots in your grande too, your just paying for more milk and another 200 or 300 calories. Nobody needs that much frappacinno or latte. ever. period. the end.

Hello.
Nice meeting you.
Let's be friends.
Well I tried to write some things down, but even I am amazed at the scatter brain I have at the moment. I will try again soon.
